**ACCIDENTS HAPPEN:
Glasses, and Dishes can break and silverware can be lost. Although these items are covered in the security deposit, they cannot always be replaced. We recommend the purchase of Glasses, Dishes and Silverware through Deer Ridge Property Management to protect your valuables and enable quick replacement.
