Our second home care program allows you, the homeowner, to
feel at ease when leaving your second home for the season.
This program gives you the opportunity to have us care for
your home as much or as little as you desire.
A representative from Deer Ridge Property Management is available
for scheduled visits to walk through your home and make sure
that everything is intact. Should there be any necessary repairs;
Deer Ridge will make all of the arrangements to have the work
completed.
What makes our second home care program unique is the fact
that you as the homeowner can use the service as much or as
little as you want, there are no yearly contracts! You simply
call us when you are ready to sign up, tell us how many months,
and the number of visits you would like us to make. Rates are
based on the number of visits to the home per month.
Services included in the Second Home Care Program:
MONTHLY INSPECTIONS
For your peace of mind, a representative from Deer Ridge Property
Management conducts a formal inspection of your home using
a detailed written report once a month. This report is provided
to the owner and includes any necessary routine maintenance.
PICTURE DOCUMENTATION
The condition of all properties is documented by photograph.
If there is a problem, the owner will see it, “no surprises.”
STORM INSPECTION
In the event severe weather effects your home’s location
during our contract term, we will complete a conditional report
and inform you of the results. No need to call, we will monitor
the weather situation and get you a report as soon as possible.
AVAILABLE BIWEEKLY VISITS
Homeowners have the option to have a representative from Deer
Ridge Property Management perform a biweekly walkthrough
of their home. All walkthroughs are an additional charge
to the Second Home Care Program.
FULL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
We have a team of professionals to assist with property repairs.
Each company has been chosen because of their commitment
to excellence. All companies are licensed and insured.
AUTOMATED SERVICE ORDER TRACKING
A homeowner can submit a service order request over the internet,
or by calling our office during business hours.
