A separate section of our web site features Vacation Rental Homes. Each home has its own individual page displaying the home using numerous photographs. This section is linked to various vacation and tourism web sites.

Each Vacation Rental Home is provided with its own custom brochure outlining its unique features. These brochures are included at inquiry.
• NETWORKING
We network with various Travel Agencies, Travel Magazines and other sponsorships to promote our Vacation Homes.

• CONCIERGE SERVICE
All of our Vacation homes qualify for our exclusive Concierge Services. Our guests enjoy all of the conveniences of a resort without all of the costs. Services available include: grocery shopping, gift baskets, activity referral service and more!
• WELCOME FOLDER FOR ALL GUESTS
All Guests to Vacation homes will be provided with a welcome letter and information about the local area. Any information about the home and special instructions from the owner will be included in the welcome folder.
• MAID SERVICE
Unlike most Vacation Rentals, we provide fresh linens, bedding, bath soaps, dishwashing and laundry detergent at check-in. End of stay maid service and garbage removal is included in the rental fee. We do this to further protect the owner’s investment by assuring that the home is properly maintained while allowing our guests to enjoy their vacation.

OCCUPANCY AND SALES TAX MANAGEMENT FOR VACATION HOMES
We will take care of filing all sales and occupancy taxes for your vacation home.

RESERVATIONS FOR VACATION RENTALS
We will manage all Vacation home inquiries and bookings. All of our guests can make a reservation by e-mail or phone.

GUEST CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
A copy of the housekeeping report is included in our welcome folder outlining the condition of the home prior to the guests’ arrival. Guests receive access to the home through a lock box, allowing guests the opportunity to arrive at their convenience. The Check-Out procedure includes a housekeeping inspection of the home, with notes of any damages or necessary maintenance.
